This magnificent kimono first appeared in a dream and was realized in this realm by Seattle designer Lamar Van Dyke.
The aluminum shoulder piece is adorned with an appliqué of copper, and brass depicting the head and tail of a dragon.
The shimmering body of the garment is realized in both nickel and brass ball chain giving the illusion of transparency, while mysteriously catching and reflecting the light.
The kimono is 4 feet wide and 6 feet high
It weighs about 25 pounds
