KDC has teams of qualified individuals addressing complex design solutions for communication and data transmission facilities.

KDC has designed numerous Network Centers, Regional Operations and Control Centers, Mobile Telephone Switching Offices and Cell Sites across the country for the cellular telephone industry. These facilities are located coast to coast; from large metropolitan areas to remote rural locations.

KDC has completed and ongoing projects in twenty-four states, including the expansion of the largest Metropolitan Service Area located in and around Los Angeles.

KDC was in the unique position to serve as technical advisor for the implementation of cellular network systems in Latin America, and provided the staff to design switching facilities in Culican and Tijuana, Mexico; and Bogota, Barranquilla, and Cartagena, Colombia.
